About Me

After beginning his career with a large regional firm, Derek joined a legacy division of Wells Fargo Advisors in 1995 as a Financial Advisor in the Bowling Green office. He moved his practice to Stifel in 2021. Today, Derek and his partner, Drew Martin, oversee approximately $800 million in client assets, serving a variety of individuals, foundations, and corporate retirement accounts. His primary areas of focus are portfolio analysis and implementation, investment strategy, and client relationship management.

Derek earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. He earned a B.A. from Western Kentucky University and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).

Derek believes strongly in giving back to the community and does so by serving in a number of different capacities. He currently serves on both the WKU Alumni Association Board of Directors and The Community Foundation of South Central Kentucky Board of Directors. Derek is a former executive committee board member and past chair for The Community Foundation of South Central Kentucky, where he was instrumental in revamping the organization and hiring its first full-time Executive Director. He has previously served on the Allocations Committee for United Way of Southern Kentucky. Additional service includes a 14-year term on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky, where he held multiple executive committee positions and was past chair of the board. Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky named him the 2011 Impact Award Winner for outstanding service and dedication to the organization, which he continues to provide by serving as a member of the President’s Advisory Council. Additionally, Derek has served on the steering committee for WKU’s Leadership Studies Program and is a Lifetime Member of the Western Kentucky University Alumni Association. He is a past board member of the Leadership Bowling Green Alumni Association and a 2001 Graduate of Leadership Bowling Green.

Outside the office, Derek enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and staying actively involved in his local church. Derek and his wife, Michelle, live in Bowling Green and are blessed with three children: Drew (Sarah), Adam (Erica), and Lauren, along with an ever-growing group of grandchildren!

About Me

Drew and his partner, Derek Hull, CFP®, serve a variety of individuals, foundations, and corporate retirement accounts. His main focus area is with client relationship development and management, comprehensive investment strategy, and portfolio analysis and implementation.

Prior to joining the investment industry, Drew served as the President and CEO of Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky. In the role, he oversaw all aspects of the operation, which included board development, fundraising efforts, strategic development, and financial analysis. He was also able to increase the number of impacted students and fundraising results. In 2018, Drew was the recipient of the Junior Achievement Karl Flemke Pioneer Achievement Award, which is given to a first-time JA President who has demonstrated outstanding contributions and achievements to the organization. Before serving in that role, Drew worked multiple roles in the office of Development at Western Kentucky University. He joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2019 and transitioned to Stifel in 2021.

Drew graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Master of Project Administration. While attending WKU, Drew was involved with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, WKU Spirit Masters, and served as the Interfraternity Council President. In 2011, he was named the Randall Capps Greek Man of the Year. As a loyal Hilltopper, Drew still continues to volunteer in multiple capacities for the University. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).

Raised in Elkton, Kentucky, Drew comes from an extensive agriculture background, which includes Martin Farms and Martin Industries. Outside the office, he enjoys watching collegiate athletic events, running, working out, and traveling as much as possible.

About Me

Maria joined the team in 2017, following seven years in the banking industry with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. Beginning her career as a teller, she advanced to become a personal banker with great success. In 2013 and 2014, Maria was recognized by Chase Bank as one of their top-performing personal bankers, with the National Achiever prize.

Maria attended Universidad Libre de Colombia and graduated with a degree in accounting. She brings a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients and excels in client assistance, financial advisor support, and overall office management. Her warm smile and willingness to tackle any account-related issue endears her to many of our clients.

Born and raised in Colombia, South America, Maria has called Bowling Green her adopted hometown since she and her husband, Todd, moved here 14 years ago. They consider this area the “perfect place” to raise their daughter, Zoe, and son, Asher. As you might imagine, Maria’s natural care for others extends outside the office, where she supports causes like autism research and animal cruelty prevention. As she says best, “I’m a true believer in humankind and the wonderful things we can do for each other.”

Linsay joined the team in 2021, following a successful career in healthcare operations. She currently provides dedicated service to our clients, administrative support for our team, and oversees our social media and marketing.

Originally from Morris, Illinois, Linsay has been living in Bowling Green 20-plus years. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. Linsay has developed many professional relationships throughout the years and is excited about continuing to develop as a “go to” for any account-related needs our clients may have.

Linsay is shaped by her faith and has a strong desire to help others. This type of servant leadership has blessed her with many wonderful friendships, which she considers a highlight of her life. About Me

Evan joined the Hull and Martin Wealth Management Group of Stifel as a Client Service Associate in 2025, following a successful stint as an intern for the group. With a focus on providing support for our clients and the team advisors, Evan is also a key contributor to our marketing strategies.

Evan is currently attending Western Kentucky University, where he has served on the cabinets of many student and state-led organizations, including serving as treasurer of Global Brigades Medical Mission Trips and Kentucky Team Collegiate Trail, event coordinator for Bike4Alz Nonprofit, and vice president and treasurer of Western Kentucky Bass Fishing Team. Evan was instrumental in founding the Johnathan Brian Memorial Scholarship to honor a teammate who passed away and continues to serve as director of operations for the Johnathan Brian Memorial Fishing Tournament. Led by his devoted faith, he is a member and regularly serves at Living Hope Baptist Church.

Evan enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, including his wife, Katie. He loves the outdoors, with a passion for all things hunting and fishing. You can often find Evan supporting the WKU Hilltoppers and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
